CENTER FOR INTERNATIONAL POLITICAL STUDIES (CIPS) |
A ruler or a politician in the true sense must have certain qualities, vision and a spirit of self-sacrifice. The foundation of a democratic system lies in whether the spirit of constitutionalism is respected by those in power. Only when that spirit is respected can a system be truly democratic.
CIPS is organized and shall be operated exclusively for the following purposes:
1. To collect, process, analyze and evaluate openly publicized information by entities such as individuals, groups, companies, political parties, governments, and other forms of organizations, to extract and compile information and produce political and strategic intelligence, which may provide a basis for strategic decision makers such as individuals, groups, companies, political parties, and governments.
2. To aid candidates in their pursuit of winning elections.
3. CIPS, as a non-profit organization,is eligible to accept donations.
